DNSC Pay Scale?

I talked to a couple of DNS techs and mentioned they make good money. I know that if you start our working for Dish, they pay 12-13/hr. But does anyone know what they max out at? Thanks!!

also the pay depends on what part of the county you live in, and cost of living.
