Do I have to call in to cancel?

Or can I contact the Dirt team here to take care of that? Went through my timers, found out that most of the watched programs are on network tv, the other ones I can go to the channel website and watch.
 
To terminate service you need to talk to a representative to give them a last chance at saving a customer. Are you under a 2 yr. contract?
 
I don't think so, discuss you have some safety concerns getting to it, I don't think they have been pushy to get the LNB
 
OK, how long does it take for them to send the boxes and instructions for what they want back?

i cancelled on Nov. 29 and have not heard from them since!:rant:

It takes them several days to send the boxes out so their winback department can call and harrass you into keeping your service.

After you send the boxes back, it's game over if they want your business back because then they need to provide you with new equipment and send a tech back out to hook everything back up.
