Been "in the field" too long. Could you stste what a Rebate Center is and what they do?
DTV has such an institution? Awhile back an a DTV installation tried to insert into my contract something about......."any call to DTV for any reason will result in a $100.00 back charge...........so make sure they call you for problems"

And DTV has a Rebate Center? Please tell more.
