I'm also a Ham Radio operator, so Imigine, Dishes and Antennas. Ooers.
And I'm always out there tweaking something.

A new neighbor moved in and asked if I worked for the CIA.

I was with some people who did not know where I lived. They were talking about some Al Queda terrorist that had moved into the sub-division. When asked how they knew, they said "have you seen all the satellite dishes on that roof"

:(

Are you saying a few of us belong as the main course at a ham dinner? :D

As usual to HAM it up means something different in the UK :(

The wife has the FULL ham license as does my best friend in the UK.

Hi Larry
Just curious and tell me if it none of my business but are you a firefighter?

dave

I am not a firefighter, but my father is a retired (34 years) professional firefighter, so I have always been a "firebuff" :-) I am the official unofficial photographer for a local department, and have remained close to the fire service. I also maintain the history for a local department. I am always on the look out for fires and equipment to photograph :-)

Ok just had a look at your site nice work, its good to see people support the efforts of the protection we all take for granted.
I'll keep a look out for any interesting pics from my neck of the woods.

Dave
