Does anyone recognise this antenna ?

This antenna is successfully recieving sirius signals in Panama Central America. Does anyone recognise it and could tell me make, model and possible sources.

It is called a phased array flat panel design, or uses a series of reflectors focus the signal in-wards to a central point. Much the same way a Fresnel lens on a traffic stop light (prior to LED) . allows a small bulb to seem so bright over the whole area of the lens.
They had something similar at the first Satellite Expo in Atlanta, but that was for Ku-band. I have no idea what Sirius operates at.
