I have read here on the forums that my Greenville,SC locals have been uplinked and that they are going to be on satellite on 61.5. My current dish gets 110,119 and 129. Is Dish going to charge me for coming out and setting up a dish for the 61.5 signal? If so, how much are they supposed to be charging? Also, can I use an old dish and set it up myself? Thanks!

Yup, you can do it yourself at little cost.

Dish charges anywhere from $0 to $99 for this install, and some have even accepted another 2 year commitment. You should hold out for a free installation if you're already paying for locals and HD.

try to do the work yourself but ask Dish first and tell them your not getting the programming your paying for.......I've seen it work

sometimes it what you don't say that can get it done for nothing
