Does TWC Allow Easy Turn On / Off Service for Vacation Home?

I have a home that I use 3 months in the summer and then intermitently the rest of the year... bottom line, 70% of the year I'm not there.

Is anyone aware of any TWC service area that allows their customers to routinely discontinue service when they're gone for long periods?

All TW areas ?? They don't hold you to a contract term so you can start service, cancel service, start it again, and so on at will.

I'm curious, what did TW tell you when you asked them ??
