While rerouting some cables between the H3 and my Sony HDTV I noticed two of my inputs will output Dolby Vision. Does Dish every have anything broadcasting Dolby Vision?

Dolby Vision is streaming and discs only.
Same, I'm waiting for Labor Day or Black Friday sales on the LG C6 OLED
OK, I now have a more technical questions concerning DV. I am streaming shows directly through my Sony HDTV. I noticed the show I was watching had the DV info on the screen. Do the DV shows come through this way or will I need to watch the streaming through my Roku?
Sony TV's handle Dolby Vision, at least those in the Streaming era.

Depends on what Roku you have, the Ultra and, I believe, Stick+, will support DV.
No on the Stick Plus. Yes on the Stick 4K (3820R2)
Roku
Roku provides the simplest way to stream entertainment to your TV. On your terms. With thousands of available channels to choose from.

I have the Ultra, but lately I have been using my 2023 Sony TV to watch streaming shows instead of he Roku. Would the audio or video be better using Roku?
Might be faster operating. I used a Roku Ultra on my 65" Sony, then moved to an Apple TV STB.
I use the apps on my Sony X90H. I believe I'll get the best image on the Sony. I don't know what video formats the Roku supports
