DP+44 and 721

I just got off the phone with a Dishnetwork Tech support person who told me that I could not use the DP+44 with a seperator to feed the two tuners on the 721 receiver with just one line coming into the house. She said I had to run two physical lines into the house. She also stated that this setup would not work witht the 921 receiver either because both the 921 and 721 will require an upcoming software upgrade to allow them to work with the seperator.

Has anyone out there been able to get the DP+44 to feed a dual tuner receiver with one line coming into the house which is then split using a seperator?

I have both a 921 and a 721 working fine with a DPP44 switch (1 line to each and using seperators)

I wonder if the beta software that Scott has would have the DPP software for the 721 and 921 already in it?

Does your 721 unit have a beta version of the operating system or does it have the latest released versioned?
