DPP 1000.2 LNBF with multiswitch

I recently purchased a Dish Pro Plus 1000.2 LNBF and a VIP211K HD tuner as the only tuner in the set up. I was going to set it up myself as being there for the installer is not very easy for me. The directions are pretty straight foreward but I can't quite figure what type of switch (dpp44, expensive!) if any is necessary ( I have a meter and can make the cable connections). Any input would be much appreciated> This is my first post so please bear with me. Thanks.

Switch should be built into the lnb, unless you are adding three or more receivers, you will not need an external switch.

I take it you have the dish that the LNBF goes on, right? You don't need a switch - it is built in to the LNB.
