DPplus and DVR signal problem

I have a DPplus dual LNB and a VIP612 DVR installed at the work shop out back of the house. At first I could get satellite 110 and 119 just fine.
While watching TV we totally lost all signals and now I can't get any satellite signals dialed in...
Could it be a possible mismatch of hardware? I have tried another new cable and still can't get dialed in on any satellite.

First thing needed is a clarification on what you have for equipment. There is no DPP DUAL. Do you have a DPP Twin on a dish 500 ? A 612 and a DPP Twin are compatible. You can use a single cable with a separator on the back of the 612.. Your dish may have moved or the LNB failed.
