I moved to the west coast of Fla. and my house complex has DTV. I was setting up my NEW black DVR I cant remember the model and it has like 18 different options of dishes. I have set up many systems but never had this problem. It is at a complex and 1 dish supplies 16 units. It is oval with 3 lnb from what I can see but in the distribution box it goes into a SWM switch. Please help because I activated the receiver and it is not giving me a picture.
