DVI active on 6412?

I just got a motorola 6412 II installed, but I can't get the DVI to work. Pic comes up for 5 sec, then goes black. Is there a fix? In the settings, it says"HDCP Enabled: NO" is there a way to change this.

DVI is enabled but it's not able to get HDCP acknowledgement from your TV set it looks like and it will not display through DVI without HDCP being ok. In some cases you need to replace the DVI cable in others you have to turn on the TV and then the cable box or vice versa. If your set does not support HDCP (most newer models do) then you're just plain out of luck.
