If I have 1 or 4 DVR's what is the fee? Is it for each DVR or a DVR fee just once for the feature no matter how many DVR's?
Same question for HD service, for each receiver for just once for the feaute/programming?

You only pay one DVR fee. If you have four DVRs you will pay one DVR fee and 3 mirror/lease fees. The mirror/lease fees apply to any receivers past your first one, DVR or non-DVR. Same applies to HD. You only pay one HD access fee.

DVR - $5.99/month, HD - $9.99/month, both once per account. I recall that they will increase to $6.00 and $10.00 next month.

Yes, that is the increase on HD access and DVR fees. There are other increases for the actual programming packages
