DVR tuner bad?

Is there any way I can tell if I have a bad tuner in my DVR box? I can only tune to 1 channel at a time starting yesterday afternoon. RBR did nothing for me, nor did a plug pull.

Try switching the cable inputs on the back and see if the problem switches to the other tuner. If it does, then you may actually have a bad LNB or multiswitch issue. Or it could be the cabling. If the problem stays with the same tuner, then maybe time to call D* for a replacement box.

IF Its a hd dvr it could be the bbc's
