DXing tonight!

WOW! 200 miles!? Impressive to say the least. The best I ever got was a little over 100 miles.

Just wait until you get your tax bill for having better than average reception to reimburse your local broadcasters for loss of revenue. :p

Got some distant stations trying to come in tonight. WIVB & the WRGZ mux from Buffalo - over 200 miles away. Anyone else DXing out there?
Who knows, with the high pressure in the Northeast, you may even do better the next couple of days.:)(I'll give it a shot tonight to see what happens)

What are you using for OTA?

A Radio Shack VU-190XR antenna (which I've had since 2001-2) with a Channel Master rotor and an AntennaCraft 10G202 pre-amp. It's probably 30' off the ground on the roof of my 2 story house. Just added the pre-amp last fall and ran new RG6 cable. It's made a big difference in the digital signals as well as the analog signals I still get from Canada.

There's a couple pics of the antenna in this thread (post #3) - http://www.satelliteguys.us/showthread.php?t=181125
