E* HD pack manditory with 811?

Just wondering if the E* HD pack is a requirement if a person got an 811.

For $9.99 why wouldn't you get it? It's the only thing I watch on Dish. I cancelled my AT50 because I never watched it. Of course, I do have all of my locals available in digital/HD so there is no time for that junky SD stuff that dish claims is "Pure Digital".

Ace, if you haven't seen HD yet, once you do, there is no going back.
