The say that the Vehicle has to be "designed" for camping. And you have to send in a copy of a valid RV vehicle registration that is in your name.
Yes, but they are not "designed" as to be an rv. I just said an Escort to reenforce the poijt.Although I have seen some extremists who camp and live in small vehicles--agree with you that the Escort would be a stretch- but vans, suv's or similar that are used for temporary living quarters could pass.
