Wasn't there a thread on here a good while back about how Dish was threatening their retailers who were also selling FTA??

Retailers aren't customers... they play by an entirely different set of rules. Charlie can "redirect" a retailer without ever setting foot in the courtroom, and most know it. Hack talk isn't prohibited from SatGuys on principle alone...
