GEOSATpro Elevation andf azimuth? HELP

I am tearing my hair out... I have my dish properly mounted and the motor works but HOW DO I AIM IT? There is a scale labeled "ELEVATION" which I cannot move with my wrench pliers, and there is a scale named "A" and one named "B" that also move the dish up and down. The numbers on the motor don't go past 90. I don't even know what they mean. I don't have a compass. HELP PLEASE

Getting what I call first signal can seem challenging. Absolutely read the guide that KE4EST posted above. I also suggest not trying to install the motor at first. Just fix the dish on one satellite at first and be sure you understand the process. Good luck.

Go right out and buy yourself a compass, a decent one too, that is a prerequisite. It'll save lots of hair pulling!
