ENCORE (340) HD/SD not included with Free Encore Pack?

As part of Dish's celebration, I was given the free Encore Pack for a year.
I just noticed yesterday, that I am not getting the ENCORE channel on 340 and the EWAM channel ( I forget what channel that is on). Since ENCORE 340 is the only one in HD, I was a bit bummed that I don't have access to it anymore.

So my question: Is ENCORE not part of the Encore Pack? That would be funny
If it is, then why am I not getting it?

Starz actually owns Encore. ENCORE on Ch 340 is in the Starz package. EWAM is only available on the top 250 package.

I think you mean Starz Pack and yes, Encore (THE Encore channel) is included. What Sats do you get and where do you live?

OP is referring the the Encore Movie Pack. It consists of the Westerns, Love, Mystery, Action, Drama and WAM. Encore is not included there, but with Starz.

I thought the folks who had Encore added free already had Starz so wouldnt the OP already have Encore (340?)

Technically they would, but if they had the starz 3 mo promo when the qualifications were done, it would recognize the programming and in most cases give the person Encore. Then when it runs out the Starz and Encore 340 would be gone.
