Encore HD, Encore West HD, Encore Action HD, Encore Drama HD, Encore Love HD, Encore Mystery HD, Encore Western HD, Wam HD......Thanks to the added bandwidth of the new 11, this guys should be up and running by November. Apparently Starz is really pushing their transition to HD, and it seems to be working wonders for their sales, up about 14% this quarter and closing in on HBO.

Please forgive the terse replies, but we have been burned by the "I work for D*" story before and quite recently. If your info is good, then great. The mere fact that your first post is an inside tip is a bit of a red flag. Baiting and starting false rumors for fun is not well tolerated. Last person was banned. So keep that in mind.

These rumors that come from new posters always have one thing in common. Theese rumors are always far in the future. November? Gotta wait a long time to be proven wrong.

They also seem to mainly center around movie channels in hd, some of which are not even on directv in sd.
It is simple. He can easily prove if he does actually work for Direct. If no proof, then I no believe.

Good Evening..! How are you all doing..! I am new at your forum, thank you for been out there..! Helping us with all this questions.
I leave in San Diego, I have Direct TV, I have the 3 LNB satellite 101°, 110°, 119° with a H21 HD Receiver and I only get between 8 HD HBOH, SHOWH, ESPH, ESPN2H,TNTH,UHD,HDTH, and HDN channels, but no HD Local Channels, or other HD channels that suppost to come with the HD package.
To make long story short, I am about to purchase the New 5 LNB Slimline Dish for the adittional satellites (99°, 103°), my questions is, what differents will it make, what HD channels more should I be getting, is it over 100, will this two satellites make a big differents.
Maybe I am doing something wrong I have a 96 signal meter with the 3 LNB.
Please Advise.

I did not know there was another Baja, I been using Baja for along time on other places, I even made stickers and polo shirts with the Baja map, I live in Baja, is very popular for there Baja 1000 desert racing.

Of course the OP fails to realize that Encore HD is suppose to relaunched by Starz! sometime this month. So it would be added to D* long before this November 12th date.
This one also tells us about D11 and the added bandwidth---just as SamsungHD did.
