Enter Network Password Box - Error

I constantly get a popup box that says Enter Network Password. I cancel out and eventually it goes away. I use Comcast Cable in So Florida and Outlook 2003. I do use a router and have an ISP with another email address.

When I look at the send/receive bar, this is the error message: Task ' Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR login failed'

By the way, my user name and password is fine..I have exhausted everything and have been in touch with Comcast but nothing has been resolved. It is rather annoying that this box pops up at any time - when I am working, searching, using other programs..

Any suggestions?
