Can you recognize whether the "no data" warning is coming from the TV or the cable box?

What happens when you select an HDMI input on the TV that has nothing connected to it?

If from the TV (my JVC HDTV has such a pop-up), then yes, the box is dead.

Yes
I am connected to hdmi 3
With brand new hdmi cable
I got yesterday
I have a black screen I turn on the box
and at the bottom of the screen it says next to TCM HD no data available
Also if i go to my antenna it works and I know it is not the tv 42]

You didn't directly answer the either of questions I asked but I think I can figure part of it out from your answer.

It sounds like your signal from WOW! isn't getting through.

Is there some other way to test whether you're getting a feed from WOW!? Are there any other set-top boxes in your home?

Try swapping boxes with one of the working TVs and see if the problem follows the box.

If the problem follows the box, it is busticated. If the problem stays with the TV, it is most likely the coaxial cabling to the box (not your HDMI cable) that has failed.

Unless stuff is really buried and entwined, the whole test should only take a few minutes and you'll be armed to talk with WOW! Customer Service.
