Nop, I think the instructions are there on a sticky, you make a request for access, moderator checks it and can grant acesss.

Just go to http://www.satelliteguys.us/xen/account/join-user-groups and click on Join User Group. You do not need to be a Pub Member to access Whats Up There. (But if you are then THANK YOU)

Using Tapatalk all I see is blank screen on What's up There? Scott when I go to your link, it ask for password but won't let me type it in! Would like access too! Thanks.
