EPG question on distant nets time zones

i live in oklahoma which has CST. i currently have distants for LA and Chicago. i also have Tulsa locals.i was thinking about switching Chicago distant which is also CST for New York distant which is EST. in the Epg lets use Law and Order for example comes on here in oklahoma at 9pm. if i switch from chicago distant to new york would it show up in my EPG at 10pm or 9pm.

It shows up at the time you would watch it
So if the program is at 10E 9C, it would show in the guide as 9
