What? No one woke up from a coma to discover the entire 15 year series was a medically induced hallucination? DARN!
I enjoyed the two episodes they combined into one two hour show. But it was pretty forgettable. The "old home week" reunion was nice, but nothing more than nostalgia. It did not have a real punch to it. But I guess it beat County being shut down (as was threatened several times during the series).

I was sort of thinking another "St Elsewhere" ending with the nurse waking up Carter from the closet while he was napping saying Benton was looking for him & it was still his first week at County !
