Well I got the dreaded Error 311 Hard Drive Failure. Pulled the plug and rebooted a couple times, no dice. My Hopper was one of the first ones off the line. I probably should have saw this coming as when I was dumping shows to the EHD, one or two would not transfer over successfully. It was probably the start of the drive failing. Now I lost everything! :frown: Hopefully, me getting S401 yesterday and it failing was just a coincidence.
If there is any silver lining, they are letting me replace it with a Hopper with Sling.
