Error 771 on 2 HD stations...do I reaim satellite dish?

I am getting searching for satellite errors on channels 79 and 209. Those are the only ones that I can find at this time that will not come in. Does this mean we need to re-aim satellite dish? I am on the phone with DTV right now.

If it's only those two, I would have had them check to make sure they had those turned on for you.
Seeing the rest come in, I doubt it's a pointing issue, also those are both MPEG2 channels. the same ones that run all the channels you had BEFORE the new stuff showed up.
I would check your connections as well, inside as well as outside.

Can you get 72? That is the same channel as 209.

Remember ,
72 and 73 are on different sats, or at least they were, I'm not sure if 72 and 209 or on the same sat, but it would amke sense seeing they are only remapped.. Just wanted to point out that the ESPN's were NOT on the same sats, for some strange reason, just because the channels are grouped together doesn't mean the channels are on the same sats.

I know thats not where you were going with this post, but wanted to point it out.
