Error code RDK-3003

I have 1 HD DVR and 3 HD non DVRs. For a couple of days I was having issues where programs were being recorded with a lot of pixelations, and I could not tune to certain stations, getting error code 18. I reset all the receivers, along with the DVR. All the receivers came up fine but the DVR gave me the Error code RDK-3003.

Comcast is sending someone out on Tuesday to check on it.

Anyone else have this error code and what was it?

What was the verdict? Most of the codes claim some kind of signal issue and when they can't fix that they replace the box.

It was a single issue. Person came out changed the old cables, and everything is working like charm.

Hardware was fine.
