ESPN: Positives and Negatives

I like mike and mike, 1st and 10, PTI and ATH. I like watching the live games but at times the announcers get on my nerves.

I don't watch sportscenter anymore nor the Sunday football pre show.

good example of ESPN overload was during the Penn State thing. So they basically talked about it for 39 hours in a row but on the banner on the side it would say
"latest on Penn St"
"_____" (former PSU player) reaction
"Penn St timeline"
"some talking head at ESPN reaction"
"another _____" (former PSU player) reaction"
"hey lets talk more on Penn State"


etc
etc
etc

I guess this would be a negative for ESPN.

A friend of mine died in Jacksonville, North Carolina a couple of years ago. I didn't even know they had one...
