ESPN2HD Problem

So my problem is specifically a ESPN2HD problem and I only notice it while watch NASCAR. The PQ is great, no problems, but whenever they switch to a certain camera (same camera, typically a turn 4 camera) the signal momentarily freezes. Is this a coverage problem (their broadcasting) or my D* signal?

I can't seem to figure it out. I noticed it last weekend as well.

Same thing happens here...probably a camera/broadcast issue...

It is a remote track camera that is likely freezing or losing signal via interference.
