Sure are Sing! We have "BVN" the Dutch channel that shows soccer on Saturdays : )
And there are Indian channels popping up now and then too! I think there is a Bangladesh channel on there right now! (I know its not Indian!!! )

BVN also shows UEFA cup games on wednesday and thursday for dutch teams

most of the Asian confederation world cup qualifiers have been on a few arabic channels. Look at Canal Algiere. They showed all of euro 2004.

I haven't seen much cricket. The India/Pakistan series was bought exclusively by dish network and it's $250!!!
