It is so frustrating, now that Speed only carries Nascar and junk programming like Pinks.

I currently get my WRC fix by downloading from http://www.corriewolfe.com/Movies/

Note these are reasonable bandwidth feeds of the full programs, thus expect each file to be around 250 MB per segment.
