Ext. HD Setup Question...

Santa brought me a 500gb MyBook for X-mas, so now its time to set it up.

Question is....Do I need to be at home in order to call Dish and have them activate the Ext. storage option? Unfortunately i'm sitting at work and thought i'd give them a call now and have it activated.

It only takes a couple of minutes for activation.

And you do not have to be at home; just give them your home phone number. Good luck, I've been enjoying mine for months. It can really free up the DVR.
