What is the issue? Is it not recognized by the Hopper? If it is not seen that is a known software bug
Hopefully Dish will not roll out the CUI to HWS users until that bug is fixed.
Yes that was the problem I forgot to mention it. I talk to a CSR at dish who could not give me any information so I figured it was a software problem thanks for the help
