I searched but couldn't find the FAQ on this. Is there a sticky addressing how far the offtopic posts are allowed to go before the thread becomes useless?

With my logic, people who didn't want to answer somebody's question would just keep on reading and not responding. People who don't mind taking the 2 minutes it takes to respond...would do so.

Software is supposed to be spooling down now to some folks... L4.40 do not call if you get this version until the 15th as the Csr's will not know what you are talking about... probably add to the bill I would think.

That small yet oh so vocal minority who want it NOW already know about it (that's us!). I would expect that after we've "beta tested" it for a while, it will start creeping into the Dish Network web site and other marketing efforts.

Kinda like when the 622 came out - I never heard of it anywhere but here, and like bunch of others ordered it as soon as it became available. Most people didn't know it existed back then (hell, most of the CSR's didn't!), but now it's totally main stream.
