Blue Moon...... with the orange and Guinness. Heading to Lake George, NY next month for vacation, via Vermont. Looking forward to stopping by the Long Trail Brewery for some blackberry wheat.

MMMMM Beer!! Well Since I moved back to the States (lived in New Zealand and Japan for years).. I am down here just outside New Orleans, I would have to say ANDYGATOR (Abita Brewing Company) from Abita Brewery (but you have to go to a PUB for that not in bottles only Draft).. Then I would have to say a Southern Pecan from LAZY MAGNOLIA BREWING CO. Mississippi.. But just for a beer that every one can get I am a HUGE GUINNESS fan!!!!! I just discovered Shiner Bohemian Black Lager MMMMMM Good..

I never touch the stuff...........(Just kidding)

Outside of my home brew

Guinness closer to Dublin
Anchor Steam
Sierra Nevada Pale
Harpoon Ale
Dogfishhead Raison D'Etre, 60 Min IPA
Thomas Hooker Octoberfest, Pale Ale
Sam Smith Nutbrown Ale
Old Speckled Hen
City Steam Porter
Lagunita IPA
Sam Adams Winter Lager
Hoegaarden, Celis White
Orval
Pilsner Urquell (unskunked and fresh)
Most things from Willimantic Brewery
Too many German beers to spell or pronounce

Forgot Unibroue. They make some devilish wheat derivations.

I have to put a plug in here for Dogfish Head out of Delaware. Their 60 Minute IPA, 90 Minute IPA, Raison D'Etra, Indian Brown Ale, and Pangea beers are outstanding (maybe I should just list them all)! Fav is the DFH Alehouse 75 which is a draft beer that is part 60 Minute and part 90 Minute.

I have to agree. I am a huge beer connoisseur and I have to admit Dogfish make some of the best beer in North America BAR NONE! Everything they do is top notch and high quality. Nothing is generic and every style is exceptional. My fav is Raison D'Etre.

Nice to see the shout outs to Yuengling, the only good thing to come out of PA! (I kid, I kid)... lately, I've rather enjoyed Honey Moon, Blue Moon's summer ale... boy, I could drink the better part of a case of it on a nice summer day... (okay, maybe I already have)... has anyone had the pleasure of trying Switchback out of Burlington, VT? Definitely worth a tour if you are up in that area, it was very small and personable - the owner gave the tour and you could see the passion he has for a great beer. And not to jump on the "gold medal" train, but Blue Point Brewing's Toasted Lager (2006 World Beer Cup winner) is quite good.

What a relief! I would've assumed you were going to say Iron City! ;) I actually had the unfortunate opportunity to try IC before and I can honestly say it was probably the worst thing ever! Even worse than any Busch or Old Milwaukee beer I ever had! :D

You evidently never tried Horlacher beer from Allentown, PA before it went out of business.

Nice to see dogfish head getting some love on here.

They are indeed a quality brewery.

I've only tried World Wide Stout, 60 Minute IPA, 120 Minute IPA, Chicory Stout and The Indian Brown Ale.

I look forward to trying more, but unfortunately their beers aren't distributed locally.. so I can only try them when I go on my once or twice a year online beer shopping splurges.

...any free beer captures my vote!:)

I don't drink much beer these days, but my inexpensive standbye's are Molson Golden, Yuengling Traditional Lager, and JW Dundee Honey Brown. As far as the pricier stuff goes...lots of 'em, but I have a taste for something from Old Dominion Brewery (Dominion Lager or Pale Ale) now that I've been in Texas the past three months.
