Favorites link on phone nolonger working

Scott,
I have a favorites link on my phone that is no longer working. :rant:

Any ideas on fixing?

It only works on the main page of http://www.satelliteguys.us/index.php if you do it from another page or thread it will not work.

Bug report submitted last week.

As of 5 minutes ago it should work anywhere on the site.

Finally they released a patch which fixes that issue. It worked on both PC's and my MAC without issue.

So when is the problem with my favorite going to be fixed, it will save a lot of key presses.

The message I get is:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid

You can no longer make that link a favorite as the tolken number changes each time.

Well they need to fix that, so please let them know.

I dont think they will, it is one of their "security enhancements". I know it works on other sites but thats only because they haven't bothered upgrading their software even though there is major security holes iin the software they are running.

We upgrade to try keeping your private information just that... private.

the thing is WTF does marking the forums read have to do with security. it should not have anything to do with security. it should be the same as having a link to get new posts which continues to work.
