Rainbow DBS Company LLC, Assignor and EchoStar Satellite LLC, Assignee
Comment : In this Order, we grant the applications of Rainbow DBS Company LLC and EchoStar Satellite L.L.C. for consent to assign from Rainbow DBS to EchoStar authority to operate a direct broadcast satellite.

In a nutshell, it means that E* owns Rainbow-1 and it's TP frequencies, the SD uplink facility, and the two temporary TPs (23 and 24) for a period of 180 day of 29 Sept 2005. Apparently, they must have convined the FCC they needed Rainbow-1 and TPs in order to comply with the single dish SHVERA requirement, and they appear to have promised to use Rainbow-1 to broadcast additional HD channels (VOOM11 and others). None of this is new...it's just been on hold for 227 days.
