I agree that the sale should fall under the IB. For all the praise I can give the FCC, the IB site seems to be less public friendly than the rest of the site. It is easier to find the final decision documents (using the search function) than any applications in the pipeline. Except for Daily Digest comments we may not see anything until the deal is done. People who want to comment will have to keep their eyes peeled.

Unlike the MB licenses ... where you can see an application affecting an AM, FM, or TV station days before it hits the "Daily Digest" linked report of "Broadcast Applications" or "Broadcast Actions".
