Took them long enough.

If you ever drive by Cuba (I do a few times a year) on a ship you would be surprised how much (pirated) American Television they watch there! I actually captured some of their TV channels, which you can see at http://www.satelliteguys.us/cubatv/

I believe Charlie could have a good market there of at least basic programming.
 
IIRC, in Cuba I saw..CNN, TBS, ESPN, BBC and a mother load of spanish channels. I figured the resort got its feed from Mexico, a caribean or Latin America country.
I doubt it they would knowing "pirate" any American feeds. When passing by an old missle aimed towards the Eastern seaboard, I mentioned ol' W.. the taxi driver got really pissed off.
