Fedex will not send me my package

Fedex will not send me my package that i order from directv
i ordered an RF remote and directv D11 they dont know wheres Peridot,AZ is
I tryed calling both company's but they dont know where the packages went

Did you give them a zip code? Is there a tracking number on the package? If so, they can tell where it is, or at least the last place it was when it was scanned.

I hope it wasn't going through Dallas yesterday. One of those semis with two trailers hooked together drove off an overpass and scattered crap everywhere. Way to go FEDEX!

Try to be a little more specific. Did you get a tracking number? Was it actually shipped? If so, how far did it go before it was lost?

fedex DOES know exactly where the h e doubble towers your package is, they even know what trailer, who loaded it, ect.... i've worked for their comp before (ups) they know whats up, pm me the tracking number and i'll see what i can do with some contacts i have at fedex as i am a fedex act holder and on first name basis with my local center's staff.
