FiOS has been ahead of Dish Network (HD numbers) for more than 2-years and were only recently passed by AT&T's U-Verse. Of course, we won't even get into HD quality since we would then have to eliminate each and every one of Dish Network's HD-Lite signals.

Dish Network has not offered HD since October 2006 if you ask my opinon.

If Fios offered the ViP722 I'd have to seriously consider abandoning my EHD programs and making the switch.

A bit of correction to the OP: at least in the Philly area, FIOS recently only dropped 4 west coast feeds (2 cinemax and 2 TMC). All of the HBO and Showtime west coast feeds are still available.
