yea... today i got the same slideshow that was shown in the first post.. the only bug that i see is when i exit it shows a black screen. i have to change the channel to exit

Which box was this on? And was it right when they showed the Local on the 8's?

Mine was a 622, and it worked right after the local on the 8's segment.

The trigger popped up after the national Local on the 8's here, too. Now was this like the second and third screens (full screen info), or like the current offering on Channel 100? A similar thing happened to me, on a 522 DVR, but when I clicked "OK," it took me to the existing iTV App. I also had trouble exiting. And - just a little curious - was there any cute music (if it was the slideshow)?

I belive that the has the testing stopped as of after 7pm PDT. Oh, and here's another screenshot (click to zoom):
