Flaky Remote Since 0290B Update on HR22-100

Last night Directv sent the update to my HR22-100. Since the remote is really flaky. What is happening is that I have to go to the box and hit any of the buttons then the Remote starts working. I attempted to use my R22-100 Remote and it still acts up. Any suggestions? I have already trigger a Reset once.
