Food HD Wednesday Aug-16 is on!, no date for INHD yet

the macroblocking of food hd is terrible. I haven't watched one single program on this channel because of this. Yesterday, the first Soccer Match from Spain was aired on WorldSport HD. It was so full of compression artifacts that it was hard to watch the match. Take a look at the thread and look at the picture posted. http://www.satelliteguys.us/showthread.php?t=75057

In the last few years I have subbed at one time or another to D*, E*, BEV, and Charter Cable(Of course Flying J will say its all I lie, I never subbed to any HD, ever)..

This channel is easily the worst HD channel I have seen from any of these providers..Just downright awful with even the slightest of motion or quick transitions..Oh how the mighty have fallen :(

Perhaps the FOOD HD channel would be better served if it were down-rezzed, that is if they are going to keep the current bit rate.

It makes one wonder if executives from Scripps have contacted E* out of concern about how shoddy the quality is on their "HD" channel.
