Food Network Flickering

Has anyone noticed any white-line type flickering in the background while watching Food Network? I watch this channel alot, so I notice it quite often - and it is the ONLY channel I see this on.

It is occurring on both my 622 and 211 receivers - 1 via HDMI, 1 via component.

I'm curious what response you get. They usually do respond within 24-48 hours.

They used to be real good, I haven't had to report anything in a while.

Call me crazy - but this has been happening since I signed up 2 weeks ago off and on. Now today, I send an email earlier to that mailbox - now there isn't anymore white lines in the screen.

Could they have found and fixed something?

I got my reply back today from DISH stating that they HAVE CONFIRMED what I was pointing out! Damn - i'm a naive new subscriber - but that's some good customer service!

they can't be watching all the channels all the time, and we (the subscribers) are sometimes aware of things that they're not.

We have just received words from our engineers that they have isolated the problem and fixed it. Thank you for your information. We truly appreciate it.
