Foreign DBS Serving US Consumer Television Market

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find a list of foreign (non-US) DBS companies that provide "ethnic" programming to US homes?

The FCC says they don't post that information, which I think is strange, so I'm writing someone vs. relying on their 800 number.

I'm trying to see how many different countries offer DBS service in the US. For example, is there a Jewish DBS service rebroadcasting content from Israel everday if you have a subscription?

I believe Japan and China may have such services for the Japanese and Chinese nationals or immigrants interested in keeping abreast of what's going on in their homeland.
