Just saw a note on Yahoo that Danny Ozark passed away. Another colorful manager gone. You too will be missed.

A lot of good managers never play the game, or not very long.

He did a great job of molding the Phillies into a powerhouse- Schmidt, Carlton, Greg Luzinski.

I always thought he got jobbed out of a ring- he built them up to their 1980 title.
